A Junior Golf Ambrose Tournament was held at Timaru golf club on the 16th July 2010.
26 teams from the Aorangi District entered and great day was had by all.
The tournament was won by the Timaru Junior golf team of Tim Leonard, Daniel Dorgan &
Mathew Dorgan with gross score of 63.
Two teams from Pleasant Point were entered;
The team of Connor Scott, Patrick Lee & Michael Lee had a gross score of 74
placing them 4th overall, after handicapping.
The team of Grant Kake, Pete Taiaroa & Henry Race had a gross score of 68
placing them 5th overall after handicapping.
The next Junior tournament is planned for September with the date yet to be confirmed.
